Refund policy
• No cash refunds are available – exchange only.
• Customers are eligible to exchange an item within 3 days from the invoice date.
• Items must be unused, with the original tag attached, and returned in the original packaging and bag.
• Evening dresses, underwear, accessories, cosmetics, and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchanges can be processed either:
• By visiting one of our branches in Baghdad directly.
• Or via delivery company, with the customer bearing the delivery cost for the exchange.
• Exchange policy applies only within Iraq.
